Japan awards Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays, to Cologne Jurist

Former rector Professor Dr. Dres.h.c. Peter Hanau, emeritus director of the (Research Institute for Social Law) of the University of Cologne, has been awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays, by the Japanese government.
